Very Good
The location is amazing, next to the most beautiful street in the town, close to museums and restaurants. There is a great cafe next door.
Bed is not very comfortable and internet was working only in a patio in front of our room not in the room.

Like any old building, this one has issues. During our stay, there was no hot water.

Could be really excellent, let down by some issue
Location is pretty much perfect close to everything you could need and more. The property is really charming and the staff are really helpful. I had no wifi signal in the first room I was given so the following day I was moved to one with a good signal. The second room was a big improvement on the first and excellent - see below for some of the issues.
Apart from the lack of WiFi signal in the first room there were maintenance issues - the main bathroom light switch only functioned intermittently while the switch by the sink hung off the wall and water and electricity don’t go well together The issue with the second room is it faces a courtyard rented out to a coffee shop. Despite it being empty late on Saturday evening they were still pumping out loud music so any sleep before 11pm wasn’t feasible.

I don't understand why this hotel has the high rating it does. First, very over priced, plus I had to pay an additional $10 once arrived because even though the listing says it has a courtyard view and I specified must have windows, it didn't so I had extra (30 percent) for a room that did. The balcony doors only open about halfway, s o room was very dark. The property looks nothing like the pictures. In reality it is very shabby, rundown and not clean. The bathroom was so creepy and with broken toilet set and very loose faucet, I didn't think I would feel any cleaner if I showered, so just did essential wash up and got out of there. Oh, amenities amount to 2 little cheap soaps, a small bathmat and one not so great towel. Don't know what you do if there are two people. Only thing nice I can say is the exterior setting is really lovely.
